THE TUESDAY TAKEAWAY 💡

Want to know more about Behavioural Investing and decision science? It's all here - we chatted to Greg Davies from Oxford Risk, an expert in behavioural finance and the brains behind our new upcoming course, Behavioural Investing.

Find out how Greg got into behavioural finance, discover the mental biases affecting financial choices, and why sustainable investing matters. Greg discuses how important it is for people to recognise their own biases and emotional responses when investing, plus a whole host of practical ways to make smarter financial decisions.

Watch it here, or listen to it here.

COURSE OF THE WEEK 🏆

Do you have a vision of the life you want to live, but there always seems to be something in the way of reaching it? In Behavioural Science for Life, Dan Ariely - renowned behavioural scientist and best-selling author - reveals how to outsmart your biases and work with your natural tendencies rather than against them.

What You’ll Learn:

Better Decisions: Beat procrastination and avoid common thinking traps.
Motivation That Lasts: Understand what truly drives you.
Smarter Money Habits: Learn why saving feels hard - and how to fix it.
Stronger Relationships: Improve communication and connection.

This course is for anyone who wants to take control - whether you're a professional looking to sharpen your decision-making, a curious mind fascinated by human behaviour, or simply someone striving for a happier, healthier life.

With Dan Ariely as your guide, you’ll learn how to use behavioural science to design the life you truly deserve.

WHAT MAKES THIS AD GREAT

Human brains have evolved to notice what's different. The odd one out. So the number one goal for brands should be to stand out.

That's pretty hard to do, but Corona played it perfectly with this one.

They bought all the billboards on a busy street, and broadcast the sunset, effectively making the billboards disappear, and branding the sky itself.

It's an outdoor campaign like no other, and a true testament to thinking outside the box.

If you love good ads like we do, learn how to make them in our Advertising Masters course.
