Hello there, brilliant brainiac!

Why do we even set New Years Resolutions?

Well, it actually started a bit earlier than you might expect - about 4000 years ago in Babylon, people held a 12-day festival, crowned a new king, and made promises to the gods to pay their debts and return any objects they had borrowed.

Today, loads of people make new years resolutions, but only 8% stick to them!

Our friend Patrick Fagan is here to help. This helpful PDF explains the behavioural science behind breaking old patterns of thinking, reshaping and your mind, and truly changing your life.

Good luck and enjoy!
